  Went to buy an inflatable SUP, but being a total novice hoped to get some informed advice. The man who served me was patronising and arrogant. They didn’t have the board I was looking for as it was sold out, but he proceeded to tell me what I should buy, but with no explanation as to why. When questioned about an alternative the comment was ‘sure if you want to surf the waves’ as he walked away. Definitely not the service one looks for when you live it what is essentially a small community. I will never return to the shop and will certainly not recommend it to friends and neighbours in Noosa. Shameful way to treat an older woman who’s game to try something new.

  Wanted a larger longboard centre fin, Mick gave me lots of advice and tips. When I had some issues with it not fitting my board, my fault due to lack of experience, Mick bent over backwards, swapping it and making some minor alterations on the spot. Even suggested the best youtube video on longboarding. Exceptional customer service.

  Came in to replace a broken fin and Simon was super nice and very helpful. I am new to surfing but would definitely come here again as all of the employees seemed very nice and welcoming.

  Great store, great people. Simon and Holly made our experience amazing from the first day we entered the store. Boards are top quality and we got all of the information that we needed when buying. Awesome conversations with these guys and they really know what they’re talking about. Nothing but lovely. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a new board. If I could give 100 stars, I would.

  I had a great experience at Noosa Surfboard Warehouse. Knowing nothing about surfboards but wanting to purchase one as a surprise gift for my partner, Dan there was super helpful and patient with me, helping me select the right fish board. His knowledge about boards and surf was excellent and customer service was brilliant - going out of his way to make sure I got the right board in time for the birthday. I highly recommend to go in and see Dan for advice and your next purchase.

  Been happy with the performance and quality of my surf sup. Did some damage and the boys have been friendly, helpful and a quality repair. Thanks guys
