  Best hotel in town. Great location and amazing hill view from the balcony.
  Make you sure book the penthouse with the private spa and bbq
  the party animals and screaming babies are not allowed in here so definitely a good get away for couples!

  Stunning Resort. Staff and location are faultless. There is an amazing main pool with jacuzzi and steam room. On-site cafe and all that Noosa has to offer on your doorstep
  The perfect getaway. The rooms are spacious and well designed and equipped. There is even a washer and dryer for longer stays.
  
  There is also a gym and yoga studio for convenience
  
  5 stars!

  Really disappointed with our stay. The bedroom shutters were missing a piece of wood that let the light shine straight into the bedroom in the morning. As well, when we shut them more planks of wood just fell straight out. The lights over the bed flickered. The bathroom was small and tired. Reception hours were extremely limited and we weren't offered any help or compensation for an old falling apart room. The spa bath in the room took an extremely long time to fill up, close to an hour, but was good once it was filled! We asked for a room upgrade once we saw our broken shutters and flickering lights and were told we would be notified if there was a cancellation but the reception closes on 3pm on a Saturday so we didn't receive a call. We even tried to call them and it is as if their phones were turned off, which is ridiculous for what you'd think would be their busiest day of the week. The in room book also said you can call their number in case of emergencies after hours but there is literally noone there to help and the voicemail says they will return your call at the start of business the following day.. so much for help if there was an emergency! Very underwhelming and unhelpful all around. Would not recommend and will not be back.

  We booked a week's stay in a penthouse suite on level 3. We were very pleasantly surprised to find that the room not only had a balcony, but also had a private sunny rooftop deck above. This included the outdoor spa, sun loungers, a gas bbq and table with stunning mountain views. The bed was comfortable and the room was very quiet and blocked out morning sun. The bathroom had a great shower, plenty of bench space and a washer drier that took ages to dry the clothes!
  
  The room was well laid-out and well lit. The kitchenette had basic facilities, lacking an oven. We made good use of the dishwasher. There was also an indoor spa in the bedroom, which we didn't use.
  
  For this price we would have expected daily cleaning of the room. However, when we arrived, the reception staff told us there would be one mid-stay clean. We maintained the bathroom and kitchen ourselves, but were pleased when we had 2 mid-stay cleans.
  
  The reception staff were polite and friendly and re-stocked our room supplies when requested.

  Rooms are a bit tired but it is clean and comfortable. Fairly spacious suite with very handy kitchenette. Great pool and only a 10 min walk to the beach. Bathrooms could use a bit of exit mould but otherwise very clean. The bed is great.

  Great friendly service from the staff. Location is handy on top of the hill, close to the National Park, Hastings Street (shopping) and of course the beach. Room is tidy, some kitchen utensils need updating but overall we would stay again.

  Super value for money only a short walk down to the Main Noosa area. The staff were awesome and upgraded us to a better pool room, which was a great view. There are two pool areas the smaller pool tucked around the corner was super warm and recommended for winter. The main pool and water slide for the kids was great. The spa was terrific to warm up during the winter. Yes some thing need a little attention but overall everything is clean and very nice. Having cooking and cleaning facilities in the room was great. There is a cafe located right in the resort which makes great coffee. There is also ebike hire and car rental in the resort plus electric car charge. Really nice stay for the value. Thanks again guys.

  Couldn't fault this resort! The highlight was rooftop access to our own spa. Great location with walking distance to Hastings Street.
