  Great value for the location and the condition/decor/overall experience. There was an initial smell factor that punches you when you come in but you adjust after 5 minutes. I believe this is due to unvented dryer which is common in Europe and Australia. It was so nice to be able to walk everywhere, especially for morning coffee and late night dinners without having to drive. Keep in mind if you are a light sleeper, the sound from outside might be reminiscent of someone splitting wood or playing darts. Also, if it’s Friday night, there could be a party or 2 within ear shot.We would use Bella Casa again.

  10/10 in every aspect, can not speak more highly of this establishment!
  Staff are so friendly and helpful. The room we stayed in was so clean, tidy, well equipped and decorated. Cannot wait to come stay here again.

  Bella Casa lives up to it name "Beautiful House " ...
  The young lady on the reception desk was happy, friendly, polite, efficient and a pleasure to deal with ...We received and email to say we could get into our earlier ...
  All the equipment in the apartment is good quality, the place is very clean , gated parking and you are a 2 min walk to Hastings Street where the food places are convenient...The beach is only 5 min walk ...
  We would go back there in a heartbeat ...

  Nice place but I don’t think there was a single object on a hinge that functioned 100%. From the shower to the toilet to the cupboards it was all a bit off.
  Also our upstairs neighbour seemed to have a IKEA furniture build session deep into the night and then wake up at the crack of dawn to continue.
  
  Not really the hotel’s fault though, staff was lovely, everything worked and the beds were beds. It was definitely a place that I stayed at.

  Well appointed apartments in a very central location on Hastings Street. Car parking included.bwould definitely stay here again

  Heaps of stuff here fitting in with the coastal thedme of the area, but some of the prices on items can be steep. Overall though not a bad place to shop.
