Great attention to detail out of the workshop and unrivalled 'old school' customer service. You can tell Keith and his team have passion and excitement for what they do and which is hard to find in the trade. Cannot recommend highly enough.

Since that time I’ve witnessed Trilogy move to a new location, right next to a top local coffee shop, which works nicely for bike service pick ups and drop offs. Keith’s also brought onboard the most meticulous and thorough bike mechanic I’ve ever experienced in my 12 years of cycling. Aaron! Both Keith and Aaron make a great team in a great location. There’s not much more you could ask for! Best lbs in town, hands down.
